Sage Oil Vac Welcomes Chemical Corporation as Distributor for UK and Europe
AMARILLO, Tex. - Chemical Corporation Ltd. has signed on as exclusive distributor in the United Kingdom and Europe for Sage Oil Vac Wind's Gear Oil Exchange Systems.
"We are excited to add Chemical Corporation as a distributor of our Gear Oil Exchange Systems," said Aaron Sage, COO of Sage Oil Vac.
Based in South Wales, Chemical Corporation will distribute Sage Oil Vac's Gear Oil Exchange Systems for quick and clean fluid exchanges on gearboxes of electricity-generating wind turbines.
"The decision to use the Sage Oil Vac systems to develop this market was due to the flexibility of the units compared to other larger type pumping units currently being used within the market," said Steve Stewart, Operations Director for Chemical Corporation. "The Sage Oil Vac system offers our customers the flexibility to design and build systems specifically to meet their own demands."
Over the past two years Chemical Corporation has been working to develop a customer service package to provide efficient, clean and safe gear oil exchanges to the wind turbine industry throughout the U.K. and Europe. After 12 months of researching and testing other types of equipment, Chemical Corporation opted for the Sage Oil Vac system as their preferred method of delivering product to customer's turbines. Now, as an official distributor, they will market the systems to potential end-users throughout the UK, Irish and European wind turbine markets.
Chemical Corporation received their first Sage Oil Vac unit in June. Gary Sage, Oil Vac's inventor and CEO, was on hand to demonstrate the unit's operations to observers from four different European countries. Steve Stewart said the personal involvement of Gary Sage and his support team was a key factor in the decision to use and distribute the Oil Vac product line.
